A weekend of arts and the great outdoors for the "Out" population and supporters.  Theater, film, music, and dance surrounded by the beauty of the Adirondacks.  Come enjoy the lush scenery of the historic Great Camp Sagamore as we celebrate diversity at the 2nd annual Out in the Adirondacks!

More than just an exciting arts and music weekend, Out is about building a stronger gay community within the Adirondacks, providing a safe haven for teens and young adults and creating a one of a kind retreat for gay couples, friends and family.

WEEKEND SCHEDULE Spend the weekend canoeing, hiking, and  porch sitting amidst the sprawling Vanderbilt Estate, then join us for these exciting entertainment events. FRIDAY JULY 2nd 4pm    Check-in 6:30pm  Dinner in our Dining Hall 7:30pm    Boathouse & Sagamore Orientation for all in camp guests.  Followed by entertainment: "Poet Sandwich": Adam Shenk, Andrea Gibson, & Chris Pureka perform. 9:30pm  Lean-to Campfire for in-camp guests                                SATURDAY JULY 3rd 8am        Breakfast  9am   Find Your Voice Writers Forum 10am  Guided Historic Tour of Great Camp Sagamore 12pm  Lunch 1:30pm   A New Brain the Musical Workshop 2pm  Historial boat tour aboard the WW Durant of Raquette Lake 3pm  Tirbe workshop 5pm  Dinner 7:30pm   Patty Larkin Concert 9pm  A New Brain the Musical Reading  Followed by a lean-to campfire for in-camp guests                SUNDAY JULY 4th 8am        Breakfast 10am Guest Checkout        Head to the Adirondack Museum with complimentary coupons for $2 off adult admission!        Enjoy 4th of July Fireworks over Raquette Lake on Sunday evening !
