Sagamore's Wellness Weekend is a way to take a break from the stresses of daily life and work! Take a quiet walk around Sagamore Lake, stretch out with our yoga classes, learn about some herbs growing in your lawn that can actually be used in teas, or let your body relax in meditative sessions. Meals this weekend will be filled with healthy choices, including vegetarian options. Instructors and sessions will help you learn how to feel better with some techniques and activities that can be used everyday to help live a more stress-free life.
Activities will include meditation sessions, yoga, nature walks, paddling excursions, campfire and much more. Schedule will be posted shortly!
