And, though nothing beats an open air event, we all know that the weather doesn’t always choose to cooperate. Don’t worry, we have you covered. Literally! Our renovated barn provides a beautifully finished backup space with modern sound and lighting systems.

Reception
Depending on the size of your event we have a few different options for accommodating your celebration. Our historic dining hall can seat up to 82 guests and provides stunning views across the lake.
For larger gatherings of up to 150 people a tent must be rented. Tucked between the Collins building and the Playhouse the tennis court offers an ideal location for this setup. Dance in the fresh evening air while watching the fireflies twinkle under the trees.

Great Camp Sagamore’s dining facility can accommodate catering requests for groups of up to 82 guests and we’re more than happy to work with individuals with dietary considerations. Together our Chef and event staff will assist you in planning a delicious meal to celebrate your big day.
For events with more than 82 attendees, our staff will work with the caterer of your selection to help ensure an enjoyable experience for all.

Wedding guests enjoy exclusive use of the camp’s accommodations with various styles of rooms located across three buildings and four cabin spaces. You’ll relish the memories of family and friends relaxing and playing together throughout the weekend
All overnight stays include buffet style meals served in our historic dining hall. Enjoy the view over the lake while sharing this special time together.
